Role & responsibilities

Digital Marketing:
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and paid advertising.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Create and schedule social media posts in line with the content calendar.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate and develop recent ideas for digital marketing strategies.

Graphics Design:
Develop engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and infographics.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Assist in the creation of design concepts, wireframes, and final polished designs for web and mobile.
Manage and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring easy accessibility and organization.

Preferred candidate profile
Proven working experience in B2B digital marketing (minimum 3 years, preferably in IT sector)




Bachelors degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience or a solid portfolio in graphic design and digital marketing.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro/After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, and email marketing software (HubSpot).
Robust creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Enthusiasm for learning and staying on top of digital marketing trends.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
