Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement cycles for residential or commercial projects.
Source and onboard reliable vendors for civil, structural, and finishing materials (e.g., steel, cement, MEP, tiles).
Issue Request for Quotations (RFQ), prepare comparative statements, and negotiate optimal pricing and payment terms.
Draft, review, and finalize purchase orders (PO) and work contracts.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to align material delivery with construction schedules.
Monitor material quality, track inventory levels, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
Conduct market rate analysis and implement cost-saving value engineering initiatives.
Maintain MIS reports, audit logs,



and coordinate invoice processing with the finance team.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Experience: 7 to 12 years of proven purchasing experience in real estate or construction.
Technical Skills: Robust grasp of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, advanced MS Excel, and ERP systems (Farvision).
Soft Skills: Excellent commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication abilities.
