Role & responsibilities
Identify and generate potential leads in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and perks of products.
Do meeting with client and show them our company tools like catalogue, samples, lot photos and presentation of products.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
Receiving and processing Purchase Order based on quotation
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports on sales performance.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Tracking and Collection of old payment from customers and close the order process
