About the Role

Rhysley Pvt. Ltd. is a product-based, technology-driven organization with businesses across IT & SaaS, International BPO, Digital Marketing, Sales, and other corporate functions.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team and handle hiring for our internal Technology, Product, Engineering, and IT teams.

You will work directly with Hiring Managers, Tech Leads, HODs, and senior stakeholders to manage recruitment from requirement to joining.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end technical recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Understand technical requirements and source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean search, etc.
Screen candidates and coordinate technical interview rounds.
Handle candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, offers, counteroffers, and joining.




Manage multiple IT/technical positions simultaneously.
Build pipelines for regular and niche technical requirements.
Track recruitment TAT, ageing, offer-to-joining ratio, and closures.
Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and minimize offer dropouts.

Technical Hiring Exposure

Experience hiring for roles such as Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, Java/.NET/Python, React/Angular/Node.js, QA/Automation, DevOps/Cloud, Data, AI/ML, LLM/GenAI, Product, and other IT/SaaS roles will be preferred.

Requirements
3to 6 years of Technical / IT Recruitment experience.
Strong experience in in-house/internal hiring.
Valuable understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.
Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
Ability to work independently with Hiring Managers and HODs.
Strong communication, follow-up, ownership, and target-oriented approach.
