You will interact regularly with individual product teams to understand their requirements and the purpose of implementation. You will also troubleshoot issues across settings and be responsible for monitoring, optimization, and performance tuning.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in managing technology implementation projects.
Functional experience in procurement, preferably in the Procure-to-Pay space.
In-depth knowledge of Source-to-Pay solutions.
Ability to solve complex business and procurement challenges through a combination of functional expertise and technology implementation experience.
Willingness to drive initiatives to closure, irrespective of the challenges involved.
8+ years of relevant experience in product implementation.
Robust communication skills and the ability to liaise with various internal teams.
Ability to document action items and drive them to completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop implementation project plans in collaboration with customers.
Understand customers' business needs and provide appropriate solutions that work within the product framework.
Manage customer stakeholders and ensure their requirements and concerns are understood, addressed, and well-coordinated internally.
Support customers throughout the various phases of the implementation process.
The Associate Project Manager/Project Manager is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining business and technical requirements documents in collaboration with customers and internal GEP resources.
Assist with all aspects of deployment, including but not limited to process configuration, feature and functionality demonstrations, user interface configuration, and user and supplier setup.
Act as a liaison between the customer and various groups within GEP, such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
Manage GEP resources deployed during the implementation.
