Role & responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for our clients' outlet owners and managers, answering queries and resolving issues quickly
Resolve live client queries over WhatsApp and e-mail, coordinating with the Zomato and Swiggy teams wherever needed
Build real working relationships with clients through regular, qualified communication
Track daily and weekly performance for each outlet, flag anything unusual before the client has to ask, and prepare and share reports using Excel and other automated internal tools
Keep situations under control and work closely with our internal team so escalations are rare, and the few that do come up are closed out on time
Once you move into a senior role,



run weekly review calls with clients and lead their account

Preferred candidate profile
Some experience in directly interacting with customers or clients and resolving their queries, this can be from customer support, account management, or a client facing operations role, internships count. Experience limited to MIS, reporting or backend work only will NOT be a fit for this role.
Robust written and spoken English
A problem solving mindset, you should enjoy figuring things out rather than waiting to be told
Comfortable with Excel, intermediate level is enough to start
Based in Mumbai or Delhi NCR only, this role is WFH
Someone who takes ownership and follows through, we would rather have fewer people who finish what they start
