5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics development.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
Solid knowledge of:
Power BI Desktop
Power BI Service
DAX
Power Query / M
Data Modeling
Power BI performance optimization
Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView is required.
Valuable understanding of Qlik load scripting, QVDs, data models, and reload processes.
Robust SQL knowledge, including:
Complex joins
CTEs
Subqueries
Aggregations
Window functions
Query optimization
Good understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently on both development and production-support activities.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
Direct experience in a Qlik to Power BI migration project.
Experience with Qlik Sense/QlikView administration or QMC.
Experience with Qlik NPrinting.
Experience working with incremental loads and QVD-based architectures.
Experience with Power BI Gateway, Row-Level Security (RLS), deployment pipelines, and workspace management.
Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Experience in enterprise-scale BI applications and production support.
