Role DescriptionThis is a full-time in office role located in Delhi, India for an Inside Sales Specialist - Cloud Sales. The Inside Sales Specialist - Cloud Sales will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in cloud computing or IT services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced team environment
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets
Experience with cloud technologies and IT services is a plus
Fluent in English
