Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with Developers/Builders to finalize the MOU and Technical Specifications (TS) in collaboration with the Real Estate / Property team.
Cross-check GFC and RFC civil layouts against the existing site conditions prior to execution and formally declare RFC/GFC readiness.
Coordinate with the Design team for timely release of GFC layouts, including Civil Interiors, Electrical, FF, HVAC, SLP, and IT.
Plan and map vendor and labor mobilization for smooth project execution at site.
Coordinate with the Commercial team to finalize vendors and arrange initial Purchase Orders (PO) / Work Orders (WO).
Validate Design BOQ and LOA BOQ against the final GFC layouts and prepare the Site-Specific BOQ (SSBOQ).
Execute site works in accordance with approved GFC/RFC drawings, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with the Landlord (LL) to execute their scope of work as per agreed design and standards outlined in the MOU/TS.
Prepare and circulate Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).




Develop detailed project schedules and closely monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with Zonal Commercial and Planning teams for release of interim PO/WO based on Zonal/NHQ validated SSBOQ.
Prepare and control project budgets covering Civil Interiors, Electrical, and HVAC works.
Track project schedules and overall execution progress.
Prepare Final Data Sheets (FDS) and ensure closure of vendor measurements and billing.
Complete Handover-Takeover (HOTO) in coordination with Operations, NSO, and FM teams.
Facilitate third-party and CBT audits based on NHQ-validated bills.
Conduct CBT audits as required in line with NHQ CBT guidelines.
Ensure involvement in QA/QC and HSE activities and submit compliance reports to relevant stakeholders for complete project closure.
Support NSO-related activities including fixtures installation, IT setup, stock follow-up, and related coordination

Role expectations :
Applicant having 6 + years of experience in projects, Fit outs in any industry with education background in Civil diploma or interior design diploma preferred.
