Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a robust focus on Engineering and Heavy Equipment hiring. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri.com and other job portals.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate joining.
Source suitable candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
Develop talent pipelines for Engineering and Heavy Equipment-related positions.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Ensure timely closure of assigned positions as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri.com and other job portals.
Prior recruitment experience in Engineering, Heavy Equipment, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors is preferred.
Solid sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Employment
Salary: 25,000 per month
Payroll: The selected candidate will be employed on a Third-Party Payroll basis.
