"# Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled APM, Web Server & Cloud Application Lead to drive the organization's observability strategy across cloud-hosted and on-premises business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Web Server Administration, Cloud Platforms, Distributed Tracing, Infrastructure Monitoring, and Observability Engineering.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide observability initiatives across applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, APIs, and middleware.

• Design and implement monitoring strategies using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Recent Relic, Splunk Observability, Azure Monitor, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.

• Define monitoring standards, SLIs, SLOs, proactive alerting and incident response capabilities.

• Manage Apache, NGINX, IIS, Tomcat, WebLogic and JBoss/WildFly settings.

• Implement observability for Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker and serverless platforms.

• Integrate monitoring with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

• Lead major incident response, RCA and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT,



Engineering or related field.

• 10+ years of IT experience supporting enterprise applications.

• 5+ years of APM and Observability experience.

• 5+ years managing web servers and middleware.

• 3+ years of cloud monitoring experience.
Required Technical Skills

• Observability: OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Recent Relic, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, Azure Monitor.

• Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker.

• Web Servers: Apache, NGINX, IIS, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss/WildFly.

• Automation: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible.

• DevOps: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Git.
Preferred Certifications

• Dynatrace Certification

• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect

• AWS Solutions Architect

• CKA/CKAD

• ITIL Foundation

• Splunk Certification
