We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple retail interior fit-out projects for Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a PAN India team of Site Engineers.
Oversee 1220 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Review project plans, BOQs and drawings; monitor budgets and timelines.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects and internal stakeholders.
Conduct site visits, resolve project challenges and ensure timely project handovers.
Drive standardization, process improvements and operational efficiency.

Desired Skills:
Robust experience in retail interior fit-outs and civil project execution.
Excellent team and vendor management skills.
Ability to read drawings, BOQs and project documents.
Robust control over project timelines, budgets and quality.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
