We Are Hiring: Customer Support Associates
Location: Gurugram Complete Remote WFH
Candidates need to be from Delhi or Gurgaon (noida / ghaziabad / faridabad candidates not eligible)
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Assist customers with queries, product information, account-related concerns, and service requests.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow quality guidelines and process standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Undergraduates, Graduates, and Final-Year Students can apply only if they don't need exam leaves and will have to appear as an undergrad candidate
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
