Role & responsibilities
Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the assigned branch.
Manage the Front Office / Reception and ensure smooth customer check-in, bookings, and billing coordination.
Achieve daily and monthly branch sales and revenue targets.
Manage, supervise, and motivate branch employees to improve productivity and performance.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage telecalling, lead follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and customer conversions.
Drive repeat visits, packages, memberships, upselling, and customer retention.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, shifts, discipline, and individual performance.
Maintain daily sales, booking, attendance, billing, and branch performance reports.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, SOP compliance, service quality, and coordinate branch requirements with Management/HR.
