About the Role
PRISM (OYO) is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in non-IT recruitment and employee onboarding. The candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer rollout and successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across different business functions.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and assess their suitability for the role.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Manage offer documentation, offer rollout and salary-related coordination.
Complete pre-joining engagement and follow up with candidates until their date of joining.
Manage the onboarding process, including document collection, background-verification coordination and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Build a robust candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets within the required timelines.
Work closely with business stakeholders and HR teams for smooth hiring and onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Practical experience in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Good communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
Robust follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
Work Arrangement
Six-day working week.
Monday to Friday: Work from office.
Saturday: Work from home.
