Manage day-to-day HVAC project execution* at the site.
Supervise installation of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, ventilation systems*, etc.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedules.
Review HVAC drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Ensure HVAC installation is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with electrical, civil, plumbing, and other MEP teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site requirements.
Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover* of HVAC systems.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site requirements.
