Core Qualifications & Certifications
Network Track: Advanced CCNP / CCIE or equivalent certifications. Deep expertise in complex WAN/LAN architectures, enterprise routing, switching, and security solutions.
Systems Track: Relevant enterprise server/virtualization certifications with advanced hands-on expertise in complex compute settings.
Technical Leadership: Proven track record in complex incident resolution, infrastructure planning, andRoot Cause Analysis (RCA).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical escalation lead during the 16x6 window for high-severity incidents.
Drive end-to-end troubleshooting, resolution,
and comprehensive RCA for critical production outages.
Plan and oversee complex infrastructure upgrades, maintenance windows, and DR testing/failovers.
Ensure all infrastructure designs and operational practices strictly adhere to Cisco operational and security standards.
Mentor L2 engineers and improve operational efficiency through knowledge sharing and process optimization.
