Roles and Responsibilities:
Call assigned customers to understand their business requirements and qualify leads.
Collect key information about the customer and their outlets, including outlet count, current software, and requirements.
Identify interested customers and coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule product demos.
Follow up with customers for demos, callbacks, and next steps.
Verify AI-generated leads and review call recordings to identify genuine sales opportunities.
Accurately update customer details, lead status, remarks, and dispositions in the CRM.
Identify missed prospects and provide feedback to improve AI-generated leads and processes.
Maintain daily lead validation, calling, and productivity reports.
