We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head / Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our loan sales business. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing strong relationships with banks/NBFCs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Lead, manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Generate business through direct sales, DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers, and other channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and NBFCs.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/partner network.
Ensure quality loan file sourcing and timely login of cases.
Monitor the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to disbursement.
Track team performance, conversion ratios, revenue, and productivity.
Guide the team on product features, eligibility, documentation, and credit requirements.
Coordinate with credit, operations,



and banking teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Prepare regular sales MIS and management reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking/NBFC guidelines.
Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in loan sales, DSA, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
Strong experience in Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, and Personal Loan sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Solid team-handling and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management abilities.
Solid knowledge of the Mumbai financial-services market.
Existing relationships with banks/NBFCs/DSA channels will be an advantage.
