Responsibilities
Own creative execution across video, static, social media, and advertising
Lead and manage video editors, graphic designers, and creative team members
Develop and refine creative concepts, storytelling, visual styles, and editing approaches
Set creative quality standards and review output before publishing
Remain hands-on with editing, design, and creative problem-solving when required
Manage creative workflows, priorities, timelines, and delivery
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful creatives
Drive creative innovation through new formats, trends, and AI-powered tools

Competencies
Strong video editing and graphic design expertise
Excellent eye for visual quality, storytelling, composition, and pacing
Solid creative judgment and attention to detail
Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
Solid understanding of social media and digital advertising creatives
Hands-on, ownership-driven, and performance-oriented mindset

Who Should Apply
6+ years of experience in creative, video, design, or content production




Experience managing or leading creative teams
Strong proficiency in professional creative tools
Experience with social media and digital advertising creatives
Experience with AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage
EdTech / D2C / high-growth startup experience preferred

This is a hands-on creative leadership role , not a pure people-management position. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise across video and static creative production and be comfortable contributing directly to creative development, editing, design, refinement, and problem-solving.
