We are looking for an Event Designer with strong experience in creating high-quality event

collateral for Indian and international markets.

The person should have hands-on experience across both print and digital design, with a

strong understanding of B2B and B2C events, brand experience, audience engagement,

and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

Create event design concepts for conferences, webinars, summits, expos, customer events, partner events, and internal events.

Design end-to-end event collateral across print and digital formats, including stage backdrops, booth designs, standees, invites, emailers, social posts, banners, agenda cards, brochures, presentations, signage, event branding, and digital screens.

Work closely with marketing, content, events, sales, and external vendors to bring event ideas to life.

Understand the event objective, audience, market, and brand tone before creating design concepts.

Adapt event creatives for Indian and international markets while keeping the brand consistent.

Coordinate with print vendors and production teams to ensure final output quality, sizes, formats, and timelines are met.





Manage multiple event projects at the same time without compromising quality.

Skills Required

5–7 years of experience in event design

Strong portfolio with proven work across B2B and B2C events.

Experience in designing both print and digital event collateral.

Good understanding of event formats, production requirements, booth branding, stage design, and on-ground visibility.

Robust design sense with clean layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand

consistency.

Ability to think conceptually and bring current ideas to the table.

Good communication skills and the ability to explain design thinking clearly.Experience with Indian and international event design will be preferred.
