The Supervisor / Safety Officer will be responsible for site supervision, RCC finishing, structure and material monitoring across civil project sites. The role will support senior project professionals in monitoring execution quality, material quantity and mixing, site activities, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Execution
Supervise day-to-day activities at civil project sites under the guidance of senior project specialists.
Monitor RCC finishing, structural work, and overall site activities.
Ensure site activities are carried out as per project requirements and instructions.
Material & Quality Monitoring
Monitor material mixing, quantity, and quality at the project site.
Check material usage and ensure appropriate monitoring of construction materials.
Identify and report quality or execution-related issues to senior professionals.
Safety & Compliance
Monitor site safety practices and ensure adherence to required safety procedures.
Support implementation of safety standards across project activities.
Safety certification will be required for the Safety Officer role.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with senior engineers and other site personnel regarding daily project activities.
Report site-level issues, material concerns, quality observations, and safety matters to the concerned senior professionals.
Support smooth coordination between site teams and project management.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
8- 10 years of relevant experience in civil project site supervision.
Robust experience in RCC finishing, structural work, and material monitoring.
Practical knowledge of material mixing, quantity and quality monitoring.
Ability to work under the guidance of senior project professionals.
Candidates applying specifically for the Safety Officer role should possess relevant safety certification.
