Responsibilities
Robust consulting capability in workforce advisory engagements, with the ability to analyze organizational and workforce-related challenges. Proficient in gathering, structuring, and interpreting data to support evidence-based recommendations and client deliverables. Experienced in developing explicit presentations, reports, and solution documents tailored to workforce advisory needs. Able to apply structured problem-solving and project execution techniques within consulting assignments. Familiarity with core workforce planning, organizational design,



or HR advisory concepts is preferred for effective delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
Bachelor of Commerce

Experience
Data Analysis (2+ years)
