Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, biometric devices, and security systems.
Perform site surveys and recommend suitable installation solutions.
Handle field service visits for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform CCTV configuration, camera setup, and remote monitoring configuration.
Install and maintain LAN networks, structured cabling. and network devices.
Ensure proper wiring, cabling, and device connectivity at customer locations.
Support fire alarm systems and sther integrated security solutions.
Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
Prepare installation reports, service reports, and maintenance documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and service delivery.
