Role & responsibilities
Prepare and issue customer invoices based on quotations, shipment details, and agreed commercial terms.
Verify freight, handling, documentation, customs, transportation, and other applicable charges before invoicing.
Maintain customer outstanding statements and regularly follow up for pending payments.
Record customer receipts and update payment status in the accounting system.
Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer queries.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with exposure to accounting in any of the following areas will be preferred:
Freight Forwarding
Shipping
Customs Clearance
CHA Operations
CFS / Warehousing
