Role & responsibilities

Core role:
Technology Program Manager / Project Manager BFSI Asset Management

Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technology/digital transformation programs from requirements through deployment.
Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
Own program roadmap, delivery backlog, planning, tracking and governance.
Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
Lead initiatives involving Data, Cloud, Analytics and AI.
Identify and evaluate AI use cases and drive their implementation.
Oversee solution design, implementation, testing, deployment and change management.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and program governance.




Track business value realization and ensure transformation initiatives deliver expected outcomes.
Build solid relationships across business, technology and senior stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

The role is for a Technology Program/Project Manager with 1014 years of experience, preferably from BFSI/Asset Management, who has handled digital, data, cloud or analytics transformation programs. The candidate should have solid stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, program governance, AWS, Snowflake, data warehousing and ETL/ELT exposure, along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical execution.
