Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, ensure smooth communication throughout the customer journey, and provide excellent post-sales service. Candidates with experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-sales service.
Handle customer queries, complaints and requests and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects and other departments for customer-related matters.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate documentation, agreements, payments, possession and related formalities.
Regularly communicate project updates, payment schedules and other key information to customers.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team.




Conduct customer meetings and maintain qualified relationships.
Prepare customer-related reports, MIS and follow-up trackers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and support retention/referral opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing/CRM will be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/ERP software and email communication.
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
Professional, patient and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in Real Estate CRM, post-sales customer handling and possession activities.
