Role & responsibilities
Supporting Production and Quality functions
Handle ISO/ORKLA standards related activities, reviews and upkeep.
Supporting in maintaining and improving ISO/ORKLA standards of the department
Coordinating with Cylinder Manufacturers, Marketing, QA, R&D; and Production for making Cylinders
Supporting QA and Production in updating and validation of BOM and Recipe.
Supporting QA in testing of incoming / in-process and FG material
Supporting in maintaining and improving hygienic / safety standard of the department
Carry out daily intra department audit.
Handle export packaging material understanding relevant countries requirement
Ensure effective use of the resources to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of cost and productivity
Co-ordinating with all stake holders on cylinder processing.
Documentation of QMS & its review.
To implement systems & methods of fact-based systematic work through establishing performance measure & standards for all Processes.
Support Black Belt program in reducing packaging manufacturing costs.
BOM & Receipe validation of Packaging materials
