Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence
Strong expertise in corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 for Indian and overseas entities.
Hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and filing statutory submissions with MCA, ROC, and other regulatory authorities.
Proficient in drafting agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and governance documents for Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings.
Ability to maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance trackers accurately across multiple client engagements.
Working knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations, with solid attention to detail and sound professional judgment in compliance execution.
