Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our construction services, generate recent business opportunities, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients for construction projects and services.
Develop recent business prospects through calls, references, networking, digital marketing, and field visits.
Meet prospective clients to understand their construction requirements and project needs.
Present company services, ongoing projects, and proposed solutions to clients.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into successful business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing.
Coordinate with the project, estimation, and technical teams for client requirements and proposals.




Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location: Chennai, Tambaram.

Salary: 4,00,000 per annum based on experience and performance.
