Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation and business through Channel Partners, Brokers, Property Consultants, and other sourcing channels for our residential project in Neral.

Role & responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants.
Develop and maintain a strong local broker/CP network across Neral, Karjat, Badlapur, Ambernath, Kalyan and nearby locations.
Conduct regular broker meets, CP meetings, project presentations and networking activities.
Generate qualified leads and drive site visits, walk-ins and bookings.
Plan and execute field activities, local marketing initiatives and corporate tie-ups.
Maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners and continuously activate current partners.
Coordinate with Presales, Sales and CRM teams for effective lead follow-up and conversion.
Maintain accurate sourcing, lead and CP data in CRM.
Track daily,



weekly and monthly sourcing performance and achieve assigned targets.
Monitor local market trends, competitor projects, pricing and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
2 -7 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, Channel Sales, Business Development or related fields.
Residential real estate experience is preferred/mandatory.
Strong network of brokers and Channel Partners in the Neral/Karjat belt will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong field networking and business-development abilities.
Highly target-oriented, proactive and result-driven.
