The role involves providing technical expertise across SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow (ISC) modules, including provisioning, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement within a complex enterprise setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ/ISCDevelop and customize connectors, workflows, rules (Java/BeanShell), forms, and integrationsBuild and integrate REST APIs for application onboardingPerform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and deployments of SailPoint solutionsManage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governanceTroubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysisCollaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements and solutionsPerform testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activitiesSupport application maintenance, enhancements,



and IAM operationsTechnical Skills & RequirementsMinimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNowStrong experience in:Provisioning, certification, RBAC, policy enforcementConnector development and application onboardingWorkflow and rule development (Java/BeanShell)Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise systemsGood understanding of IAM/IGA concepts (RBAC, SOD, lifecycle management)Knowledge of Linux/Unix environmentsExperience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)Exposure to scripting/coding (JavaScript, XML, Perl, etc.)Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot and take independent technical decisionsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in preparing technical documentationPreferred SkillsExperience in complex enterprise IAM implementationsExposure to multi-directory settings and integrationsKnowledge of cloud-based IAM (IdentityNow)QualificationAny full time graduate (preferably in Computer Science / IT or related field)
