We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Solar to manage end-to-end execution of rooftop and commercial solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, material management, vendor/contractor coordination, quality, safety and timely commissioning of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end solar project execution from planning to commissioning.
Prepare project schedules, work plans and execution timelines.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and site teams.
Supervise installation of Solar PV Modules, Inverters, ACDB, DCDB, cables, earthing, structure etc.
Ensure project execution as per approved design, SLD, BOQ and technical specifications.
Manage procurement and timely availability of project materials.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare project reports.
Manage manpower, contractors and site resources.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover of solar projects.
Maintain project documentation, photographs, reports and completion records.




Ensure compliance with quality and electrical safety standards.
Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
Coordinate with DISCOM/utility teams wherever required.
Track project cost, material consumption and project timelines.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements
B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Renewable Energy preferred.
13 years of experience in Solar EPC / Solar PV Project Execution.
Valuable knowledge of Rooftop Solar PV Systems.
Knowledge of electrical systems, inverter, AC/DC side, earthing and protection systems.
Ability to read SLD and electrical drawings.
Good knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
Robust vendor, contractor and team management skills.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
