Associate Data Analyst

Required Skills:
Solid hands-on experience in various databases, data mining and data analysis methods, utilizing advanced data tools, writing complex SQL queries.
Data preparation, data analysis, identify insights from raw data.
Analyses metrics, key indicators and other available data sources to discover root causes of process defects.
Experience in articulating and translating business questions using statistical techniques.
Valuable working exposure of the SQL, PL/SQL, OLTP/OLAP Databases, data analytics tools and techniques.
Should have strong experience in SQL complex Query building.
Should have good understanding of stored procedures, joins, CTE, temp table, sub query, functions, index, SQL profiler and performance tuning.
Provide support on Database backup, shrink DB & Stats.
Provide support, guidance, and collaborate with Application Developers to implement database design & solutions.
Valuable hands-on working on AWS cloud services and AWS RDS.




Exposure to financial modelling and operations analysis is a plus.
Positive understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Good understanding of dimension/data modelling.
Knowledge of Snowflake will be a huge plus.

Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
Exposure to Cloud based databases.
Passion to work in a start-up environment and readiness to dabble with challenging technologies.

Proven ability to communicate technical information coherently, both verbally and in writing, to internal team and external customers, maintaining a customer focused, friendly attitude.

Education:
BE in (CS or IT) or B.Tech. (CS or IT) or Master of Computer Science (MCA or MCS)

Relevant Experience:
2 to 4 years
