Role & responsibilities
Supervising the Site: Watching over daily work to make sure it matches the design drawings.
Quality Checking: Testing construction materials and checking the layout to ensure everything is solid and accurate.
Safety First: Forcing everyone on site to wear proper gear (like helmets and boots) and follow safety rules.
Tracking Progress: Keeping a daily diary of work completed, materials used, and any delays.
Managing Materials: Ordering materials like cement and steel, and making sure nothing is wasted.
Solving Problems: Fixing unexpected structural or layout issues right when they happen on site
