Job Profile:-

Key Responsibility Areas-
Conducting legal due diligence and advising the business team on the title in respect of properties Pan India;
Advising business teams on real estate transactions, including residential and commercial properties;
Drafting Real Estate transaction documents, either to sell/ purchase the property or lease/ license of the properties; and
Preparing Dashboard summary of the transaction status update and the way forward.
