Key Responsibilities
Event & Exhibition Operations
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, exhibitions, conferences, activations and corporate experiences.
Translate concepts and creative plans into practical execution strategies.
Develop detailed project timelines, operational plans, checklists and execution schedules.
Coordinate with production, creative, design, sales, vendors and client teams.
Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.




Conduct regular site visits, production checks and pre-event inspections.
Take complete ownership of on-ground execution and event-day operations.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage the operations team, including project managers, coordinators and on-ground staff.
Delegate responsibilities and ensure transparent ownership across projects.
Guide the team during high-pressure situations and provide quick, effective solutions.
Build a culture of accountability, discipline and robust execution.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Identify, negotiate and manage vendors, contractors, production partners and service providers.
Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, cost and timeline expectations.
Manage relationships with clients, venues, partners and internal stakeholders.
Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues when required.
Budget & Cost Management
Prepare and monitor operational budget
