Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad for a Junior Draftsman and 3D Visualiser. The role involves preparing detailed 2D drawings and technical documentation based on design concepts and sketches provided by senior team members. The Junior Draftsman will assist in updating plans, sections, elevations, and construction details, ensuring that drawings comply with project standards and guidelines. As a 3D Visualiser,



the role includes creating 3D models, applying materials and lighting, and producing rendered images and walkthroughs for presentations. The person in this role will coordinate closely with architects and designers, support revisions, maintain organized drawing files, and meet project deadlines while following internal quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid foundational skills in architectural drafting, including the ability to read and interpret drawings and translate design inputs into accurate 2D plans and details.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools (such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar), including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
