Job DescriptionRole Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in UAE. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, present tailored solutions, and support the sales team through the full sales cycle — from initial technical consultation to after-sales support.

Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutionsn
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clientsn
Collaborate with the sales team on technical proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responsesn
Provide pre-sales technical support during client meetings and site visitsn
Work with the engineering/production team to confirm proposed solutions are feasiblen
Conduct product and application training for clients and internal sales staffn
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and drawings as neededn
Support after-sales technical queries and troubleshootingn




Stay current on new products, technologies, and industry standardsn
Work alongside the sales team to help achieve assigned sales targetsn

nQualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute (mandatory); MBA is an added advantagen
Experience: 1–3 years in technical/pre-sales engineering preferred; freshers with robust technical aptitude are welcome to applyn
Sound understanding of mechanical systems, engineering drawings, and technical specificationsn
Ability to translate technical concepts into explicit, customer-friendly explanationsn
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Englishn
Proficiency in MS Office/CAD tools and CRM softwaren
Willingness to travel for client visits, site surveys, and exhibitionsn
