Position Overview:

Technically qualified Production Manager to lead Production at Powder Blending Plant. This role is critical for ensuring smooth production, compliance with food/pharma standards, and productive plant management.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring output and quality targets.
n
Oversee recipe preparation and operation of powder/liquid blending machines.
n
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
n
Supervise plant & equipment maintenance, including ETP operations.
n
Handle workforce allocation, training, and productivity improvement.
n
Drive process optimization, reduce wastage, and monitor KPIs.
n
Ensure Compliance to Quality plus Safety Standards & processes.
n

Key Skills & Qualifications:

n

n
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Food Tech / Chemical Science.
n
10–12 years of experience in Food or Pharma-grade production facilities.
n
Hands-on expertise in blending operations and plant maintenance in a GFSI & GMP Certified establishment.
n
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge.
n
People manager experience.
n
