Role Overview:

Responsible for managing Trade-in operations across assigned stores, driving volumes and ensuring smooth execution of the complete trade-in process .

Key Responsibilities:
n
Lead and manage the Trade-in team and ensure daily productivity.
n
Drive store-wise and monthly trade-in targets and improve conversion.
n
Ensure accurate device screening, QC, grading and pricing.
n
Coordinate with Store Managers and sales teams to maximize trade-in prospects.
n
Monitor manpower deployment, attendance and performance.
n
Track daily MIS, volumes, productivity and target achievement.
n
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely closure of escalations.
n
Ensure proper device tagging, documentation, inventory handover and reconciliation.
n
Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.
n
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and minimize errors/discrepancies.
n

Experience : 2–5 years in Trade-in, Retail Operations, Consumer Electronics or similar field.
n
Skills : Team Handling, Target Management, Device Knowledge, QC, MIS & Excel, Store Operations and Communication.
