Endpoint Security Engineer plays a critical role in the delivery and support of advanced endpoint security services for our clients.

n

Primary Objectives

n

Provide expert-level support and incident response for security platforms
n
Lead complex troubleshooting and configuration tasks
n
Collaborate with clients to tailor security policies to their needs
n
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base development
n

Main Duties / Key Accountability

n

n
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security too
n
Handle L3 escalations from Client
n
Configure and optimize email filtering, DLP, encryption, and threat protection policies
n
Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reports
n




Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practices
n
Assist in onboarding current clients and integrating endpoint security solutions
n
Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring SLAs are met
n
Support endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Palo Alto XDR, Trellix, etc) as needed
n
Participate in change management and security governance processes
n
Provide mentorship and training to junior team member
n
Accept, manage and update service requests to ensure contracted Service Level Agreements are met
