KPI Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Snowflake Solution Architect to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in data architecture and a robust background in developing solutions using Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and data modeling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes utilizing DBT and Airflow for data transformation and orchestration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create comprehensive data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
Optimize existing data pipelines and models for performance improvements and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in best practices and methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and migration processes.
Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Snowflake Solution Architect or in a similar role.
Strong expertise in DBT, Airflow, and data modeling concepts.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with other programming languages such as Python or Java.
Deep understanding of cloud data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
