Cloud Dhobi is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our B2C inside sales function and drive revenue through effective lead conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the inside sales team and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to conversion and closure.
Manage inbound and outbound leads and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
Build robust relationships with B2C customers and improve customer retention.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, conversion metrics, and team productivity.
Coach and develop the sales team to improve individual and overall performance.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales MIS and performance reports.
Work closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure smooth service delivery and effective lead generation.
Identify gaps in the sales process and implement strategies to improve revenue and conversion.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or business development.
Experience managing and leading a sales team.
Solid understanding of lead management, sales funnels, and conversion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM and sales reporting.
Experience in services, hospitality, or consumer businesses will be an advantage.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
