Experience: 3–7 years in Infrastructure lease out Marketing
Language: Kannada & English (Desirable)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) | MBA (Marketing) – Preferred
Role Summary
The Manager – Marketing & Leasing will lead marketing and leasing strategy for MMLP Bengaluru, drive warehouse occupancy (RTM & BTS), develop channel partnerships, and build a robust customer pipeline .
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Development
Develop and execute leasing & marketing strategy (RTM & BTS models)
Identify and target key customer segments indian or overseas clients
Build and manage a channel partner network
Prepare and monitor annual & monthly budgets
Desired Profile
Solid logistics/leasing background for Indian and foreign customers/clients
International exposure in leasing is preferred.
Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Smart, dynamic personality with persuasive communication ability
Fluency in Kannada & English preferred
