Role Description The Production Planning Control role at GO24 | Pexpo is a full-time, on-site position located in Samalkha Tehsil. The role involves planning and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely output and optimal use of resources.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production, procurement, and warehouse teams, tracking material availability, and adjusting plans based on capacity, demand, and operational constraints. The role requires analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.





The Production Planning

Control professional will prepare reports, maintain accurate planning records, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep production activities aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Schedules skills to manage and optimize manufacturing timelines.
Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast needs, interpret data, and solve operational issues.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear updates.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, particularly in high-volume production environments, is beneficial.
Familiarity with ERP or production planning software and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools is an advantage.
A diploma or degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in office in Samalkha Tehsil, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
