Purpose of the Role

To provide technical application and after-sales support for process and filling systems across plants and lifecycle support for filling, packaging, and end-of-line (EOL) machinery distribution points, ensuring secure, efficient, and uninterrupted operations while supporting the full lifecycle of equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for filling systems
Support commissioning, start-up, and stabilization of new or upgraded equipment across plants.
Troubleshoot process, mechanical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory norms, and SOPs in all operations.
Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements in filling and handling systems.
Coordinate with plant operations, maintenance, and central technical teams for issue resolution.
Provide field-level support to depots, distributors, and bottling plants.
Conduct training for plant operators and technicians on equipment usage, safety, and best practices.
Monitor equipment performance, uptime, and recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance records.




Support vendor coordination for spare parts, upgrades, and technical clarifications.

What makes you great

Experience: 3–8 years

Educational : / Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
Ability to work in field-intensive and plant environments
Strong knowledge of filling operations
Understanding of process engineering and plant operations
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Knowledge of safety systems, hazardous area practices, and compliance standards
Familiarity with CIP/SIP (if applicable), pumps, valves, and instrumentation systems
Basic exposure to PLC/SCADA systems
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
