Roles & Responsibilities • Handle customer queries through chat and voice support for international clients • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction • Troubleshoot and escalate issues whenever required • Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions • Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
Preferred Background BPO Voice/Non-Voice Customer Service Excellent Communication Skills
