Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do Identify high-impact use cases for GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and automation. Translate customer needs into technically viable AI solutions. Build and support prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts. Participate in customer discovery and technical solution discussions. Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product direction. Research emerging AI technologies and opportunities within senior care. Help take current solutions from concept to real-world customer adoption. What We're Looking For Master’s degree required in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field. Degree from a highly regarded engineering/technical institution preferred. 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, or applied AI. Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, GenAI, APIs, and modern AI architectures. Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks. Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial, curious, and excited by a fast-moving startup environment.
