Job DescriptionExperience: 6–8 Years NLocation: Pune NWork Mode: Hybrid NCTC: Up to ₹11 LPA NFunction: Finance Operations / Technology NEmployment Type: Full Time NRole OverviewnWe are looking for an experienced BSA Operations Technical Analyst to support the transformation and digitization of balance-sheet reconciliation and manual journal processes through the BlackLine SaaS platform. NThe role involves BlackLine system administration, configuration, user-access management, workflow support, master-data management, reporting and operational troubleshooting, along with collaboration across Finance, Controls, GBS and Technology teams. NThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of BlackLine, SAP FI-CO and finance processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system and operational solutions. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Administer, maintain and configure the BlackLine platform based on business and operational requirements. N Manage system settings,user profiles, permissions and access controls. N Maintain BlackLine master data, including Chart of Accounts and mapping tables. N Configure and support reconciliation workflows, including in-transit runs. N Perform audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity. N Support balance-sheet reconciliation and manual journal processes. N Monitor system/process compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and security standards. N Develop and maintain management reports and KPIs covering reconciliation status, outstanding actions and process efficiency. N Provide technical support and training to BlackLine users. N Analyse operational issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolution with relevant teams. N Collaborate with seniorstakeholders across GBS, Finance, Controls and Technology.



N Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency. N Manage multiple priorities and support changing business requirements. NnMandatory Skills Nn 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finance Technology, Business Systems, Operations Technology or a related area. N Hands-on experience with BlackLine administration, maintenance and configuration. N Knowledge of SAP FI-CO and SAP finance environments. N Working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. N Understanding of user-access management, permissions and security controls. N Experience with master-data management and validation. N Knowledge of BlackLine workflow configuration. N Understanding of reconciliation and manual-journal processes. N Valuable understanding of finance processes, particularly: N Record to Report (R2R) N Order to Cash (O2C) N Procure to Pay (P2P) N Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. N Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. N Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. N Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science or a related field. NnPreferred / Good to Have Nn BlackLine implementation or transformation experience. N Experience working withBlackLine and SAP FI-CO together. N Experience in Finance Controls, Governance or Shared Services. N GBS / Shared Service Centre / Big Four experience. N Experience working withglobal stakeholders across geographies and time zones. N Power or Oil & Gas industry experience. N Experience in process improvement, automation or digital transformation. NnIdeal Candidate Profile NThe ideal candidate should combine business process understanding with technical/system expertise and be comfortable working between Finance, Operations and Technology teams.
